I really like it ;D, but I would change one thing. I would make more shadow in his mouth to pop out teeth and in nose also :P (sorry for my English, it's not my native language;))

The original design was to be laser engraved on a reflective surface, so the lack of shadow there was to actually make them stand out more

But in any case, I think it would benefit from that shading.
